Returns Policy
Paws & Whiskers will gladly refund or exchange an item that you wish to return ã however, it must be returned to us within 14 days from the time you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
All returns must be sent back to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the safe return of the items. When returning items to us, be sure to insure your package. C.O.D. returns cannot be processed.
You will be refunded depending upon how you paid. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process and be issued.
Any personalized or customized items are not returnable. The sale of these items is final.
Damages
Paws & Whiskers thoroughly inspects all merchandise before shipping it to our customers. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, you must contact us to place a damage claim within 48 hours from the time you receive the package. You may do so by either emailing us at
returns@pawsnwhiskers.com or by telephone at 508-487-3441.
Make sure to retain the original box and all associated packing material your item was shipped in, as it is required for inspection by the shipper.
At the time you place your claim, one of our representatives will give you instructions on what to do with your damaged item.
Once your claim has been handled, a replacement item will be sent to you right away.
To conform with the strict policies of UPS and the USPS, only damage claims following these guidelines will be honored.
